Ukraine accuses Putin of breaking promise to Trump with airstrikes on infrastructure | BBC News

Following Vladimir Putin's announcement that he would no longer target Ukrainian energy stations, Russia and Ukraine began attacking one other's infrastructure by air. Russian strikes on hospitals were reported by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who essentially rejected US President Donald Trump's proposal for a full ceasefire. European allies have rejected Putin's demand that Ukraine's allies stop providing military assistance in exchange for a truce. A small fire was started at an oil facility in Krasnodar by a Ukrainian drone. A Sumy hospital was struck in defiance of Putin's promise, although no injuries were recorded. The Trump-Putin chat was presented by Russian media as a Russian victory.
